Delivery Days

Orders must be placed before our cut-off time to be included in the next delivery run.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected suburbs across the Gold Coast.

If your postcode is outside our delivery area, you will not be able to complete your order.

Delivery Fee

• Flat rate delivery: $9.95

If You're Not Home

To ensure the quality and freshness of our products, someone must be available to receive your order.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to our store. You will have 24 hours to collect your order from the store. Orders not collected within this time may no longer be suitable for consumption, and refunds or replacements will not be provided.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the scheduled delivery day, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or vehicle issues may occasionally cause delays. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
